Do you experience overwhelm and pressure in your day-to-day life? Does ‘balance’ sound like a nice concept, but you find it challenging to truly experience? Would you like to avoid burnout and have tools to provide immediate support?

In this participatory session, you will have the chance to learn about medical research substantiating a specific breath pattern that allows you to:

* Heal yourself, keep balance and bring peace.

* Clear limiting patterns, emotional baggage, physical scars and spiritual wounds, creating new space within yourself.

* Access inner wisdom with confidence in your own direction.

* Live in flow and experience being "in the zone".

* Be present and available to happiness and fulfillment in the moment.

You will hear about studies backing this powerful modality that could not only aid you, but also could support your staff in working with patients on reducing unnecessary office visits. Through a breath work practice, you can have the power to maintain your center.

You will be given a mini-breath work session to experience cutting through the noise and being in the flow of your life.

Come dressed comfortably, bring a yoga mat, a pillow and a blanket if possible for your comfort.
